Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Royal Mail Tracked 24® usually delivers within 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly due to postal delays or busy periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders. No additional charges will be applied at checkout.

5. Shipping Damage

We package all items carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Flipzy Resellz is not responsible for any damage caused by the courier.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact Royal Mail directly to file a claim.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is in the hands of Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
